Subscription & Cancellation Policy

By enrolling in our Subscribe & Save (Auto-Restock) program, you explicitly authorize Eagsshop to securely charge your saved payment method for recurring shipments based on your selected delivery frequency (1, 2, or 3 months).

  1. Automated Billing & Order Generation Your subscription will automatically renew at your chosen interval. The system will apply your permanent 5% discount, clear any shipping fees, charge your card, and generate a new order in our system. You will receive an automated email notification three (3) days before your card is billed, giving you ample time to make changes.
  2. Effortless Cancellation & Modification Rules We believe in complete transparency. You have the absolute right to pause, adjust, or cancel your subscription at any time without penalty:
    1. How to Cancel: Log into your customer account on eagsshop.com, navigate to the "Manage Subscriptions" tab, and click "Cancel Subscription."
    2. Cut-Off Deadline: To prevent an unwanted box from shipping, you must submit your cancellation, pause request, or delivery frequency change at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
    3. Late Cancellations: Cancellations processed after your card has already been successfully billed for the month cannot stop that specific shipment. Your cancellation will take effect immediately starting with the following month's cycle.
  3. Failed Payment Protection If your saved credit card or express wallet fails to process during a renewal cycle (due to expiration or insufficient funds), our system will automatically pause your order and attempt to retry the card three (3) times over a six-day window. If payment fails after the third attempt, your subscription will be paused automatically to prevent shipment errors.
