  2.  Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes: We use weight-based and price-based shipping tiers to offer you the most economical carrier rates. Delivery estimates begin after the package leaves our facility: 
    1.  Standard Tracked Shipping: 3 to 5 business days for standard domestic ground packages.
    2. Bulk & Heavy Items: 4 to 7 business days for heavy bulk shipments.
    3. Custom Print Items: 5 to 8 business days for print-on-demand orders.

We utilize trusted domestic carriers, including UPS and USPS.

We proudly support our active-duty service members, diplomats, and families overseas. We ship directly to all United States Military installations, including Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe/Africa (AE), and Armed Forces Pacific (AP) addresses.

To ensure your care package bypasses processing glitches and arrives safely at your deployment zone, please review these essential operational guidelines:

  1. Final Delivery Carrier Restrictions Due to federal security and military base restrictions, the United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only mail carrier authorized to perform final delivery onto overseas bases. While our standard domestic fulfillment relies on UPS, all military-addressed shipments are automatically rerouted through specialized secure USPS networks or hybrid UPS SurePost services.
  2. Accurate Address Formatting Rules To prevent your package from being flagged as undeliverable or permanently lost in foreign postal networks, your checkout fields must be formatted exactly as follows: •
    1. Recipient Name: Enter the full rank and legal name.
    2. Address Line 1: Enter the specific Unit number and Box number (e.g., Unit 1234, Box 5678).
    3. City Field: Enter APO, FPO, or DPO exactly (Do NOT enter the name of the foreign host country).
    4. State Field: Select AA, AE, or AP from the dropdown region list.
    5. Country Field: Always select United States.
  3. Extended Military Transit Horizons Please note that while domestic orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days, mail destined for overseas military installations must pass through federal sorting facilities and international military cargo channels. Depending on your current deployment zone or vessel location, transit windows typically take between 2 to 6 weeks. Step-by-step tracking is provided, but updates may experience minor delays while traveling through secure military transit points.
  4. Liquid & Personal Care Restrictions In compliance with military air transport safety guidelines, all heavy liquid consumables, eye care solutions, and bath pumps are double-wrapped and sealed before dispatch to prevent leakage under extreme high-altitude pressure changes.
