  1. Eligibility Requirements for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
    1. Home Decor & Glassware: Items must be unused, unwashed, free of pet hair, and contained inside the original packaging.
    2. Household Staples & Personal Care: Liquid bath pumps, contact solutions, wipes, and trash bags are classified as hygiene-sensitive goods. They can only be returned if the exterior retail shrink-wrap, box seal, or container top is completely unbroken and unopened.
  2. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items
    1. Custom Print-On-Demand: Custom glassware, printed items, or engraved goods cannot be returned for a change of mind, as they are unique to your order.
    2. Clear Care Plus Solution: Due to medical safety regulations surrounding hydrogen peroxide solutions, used, opened, or unsealed eye care boxes are strictly non-refundable.
  3. Damages, Breakages, and Defects Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or broken, contact us within 72 hours at our store support email.
    1. Premium Glassware Guarantee: If your custom wine glass set encounters transit breakage, send us a clear photograph of the broken glass. We will manufacture and ship a replacement set immediately at zero extra cost to you.
  4. Return Process & Fees
    1. To initiate a return, contact our support desk to receive a verified return authorization number and the correct regional warehouse return address. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping label costs for change-of-mind returns.
